Are your services covered under insurance?
Yes, I am a licensed psychotherapist and belong to the Nova Scotia college of counselling therapist and the Canadian counselling and psychotherapy association and covered by most insurance plans.
Can you direct bill?
Yes, I can direct bill some insurances through the telus network (please inquire when you make an appointment).
Do you see all ages?
Yes, I see any client from 10 years old and up.
Do you have a special focus of practice?
I specialize in performance based therapy which allows you to take action immediately on whatever you are struggling with.
